About Our Founder
Hi, I’m Teejay. I started Builden after 6 years of working in customer support and operations. I realized that most businesses weren’t struggling to find people; they were struggling to find people who could actually deliver.
That’s what led me to start training support agents and eventually create Builden. Today, we focus on helping businesses get reliable support while creating real opportunities for our employees.
